Information you provide
We collect the project name, public URL, category, description, optional logo information, contact email, submission acknowledgments, reports, and messages you choose to send. The contact email is private and stored in encrypted form.
Payment information
Checkout is hosted by the configured payment provider. We do not store full payment-card details. We receive and retain information needed to verify and reconcile a payment, such as amount, currency, status, provider reference, timestamps, refunds, disputes, and reversals.
Information collected automatically
When you use the site, our systems may receive IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, referring information, session data, security events, impressions, and outbound-click activity. Public activity counts are aggregate measures and are not presented as unique people.
How information is used
We use information to validate and publish submissions, provide private management access, process and reconcile bids, calculate rankings, operate analytics, prevent abuse, secure the service, answer requests, enforce policies, satisfy legal obligations, and improve the marketplace.
Cookies and local storage
The site may use essential session cookies and similar storage for security, forms, preferences, and administration. We do not currently use this marketplace to sell personal information or run cross-site targeted advertising.
When information is shared
We may share the minimum necessary information with hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, email, and payment providers that help operate the service; with professional advisers; when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; or as part of a merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of the service.
Public listing information, rank, confirmed bid total, and aggregate activity are intentionally public. Private contact email and management credentials are not made public.
Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for operations, security, disputes, accounting, legal obligations, and marketplace integrity. Public listing content may be removed while payment ledger, moderation, security, and audit records remain. Backup copies may persist for a limited recovery period.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including hosted checkout and restricted administrative access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep private management links confidential and contact us if you believe one has been exposed.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information, object to or restrict certain uses, or request a portable copy where applicable law provides those rights. We may need to verify your identity. Some records cannot be deleted when needed for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or legal compliance.
Age, location, and external sites
The marketplace is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. Information may be processed where our providers operate, subject to appropriate legal protections. Destination projects have their own privacy practices, which this notice does not control.
