What a bid purchases
A bid purchases changeable paid placement under the current ranking rules. It does not purchase a permanent position, fixed display period, endorsement, minimum traffic level, lead, conversion, or business result.
Reasons that do not qualify
We do not issue refunds because another project outbids you; your rank changes; the newest-entries display changes; traffic, clicks, leads, or sales do not meet expectations; you enter the wrong URL, category, description, or intended amount; your destination becomes unavailable; or a listing is rejected, suspended, or removed for violating the Listing Policy or these terms.
Brief downtime, maintenance, display changes, or a decision to stop using the service also do not create a refund right unless applicable law requires one.
Narrow exceptions
We will review a documented duplicate charge, an unauthorized or fraudulent charge handled under payment-provider rules, a completed charge that the system never credits after a reasonable opportunity to correct it, or any refund required by applicable law. An exception is not automatic and may require the provider payment reference and identity verification.
How to request review
Use the Logan Pendragon Forge contact page and include the project name, payment date, amount, and provider reference. Do not send full card details. Contact us promptly so we can investigate with the payment provider.
Refunds, reversals, and the ledger
Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method when possible. The marketplace records a matching ledger debit so public paid totals and ranks remain accurate. Provider processing times are outside our control.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can investigate. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may lead to suspension, evidence submission to the provider, and retention of relevant records. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
