Agreement and eligibility
By using this marketplace, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice, No-Refund Policy, and Listing Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you act for a business or project, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
How the marketplace works
Paid projects compete for public placement based on cumulative, successfully confirmed bid value. The highest total ranks first. If totals are equal, the project that reached that total first ranks higher.
A new listing publishes after its first confirmed payment. There is no approval queue. Placement is changeable, and the newest-entries panel does not change the paid ranking.
No public account required
You may submit, pay, and edit a project without creating a public user account. We issue a private management link when the listing is created. That link acts as your sign-in, so you are responsible for keeping it secure. If it is lost, ownership support may use the private contact email and payment records to verify a request.
Your submission
You must provide accurate information, control the project or have permission to represent it, and maintain a safe public destination. You grant Marketing Bidding Central a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, format, and link to the submitted name, description, logo, and related material for operating and promoting the marketplace.
You retain ownership of your material. You may not submit content that violates another person’s rights or the Listing Policy.
Automated checks and enforcement
Destinations are automatically checked before checkout for basic technical safety. Payment confirmation publishes the listing without a manual approval step. We may later edit for formatting, suspend, or remove a listing for safety, fraud, legal, technical, or policy reasons. Payment does not purchase immunity from enforcement. Ledger and audit records may be retained after a public listing is removed.
Payments
Payments are processed through the configured third-party payment provider. A bid affects rank only after the provider confirms a successful charge. You authorize the stated charge and are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and accurate payment information.
Attempted fraud, payment reversal abuse, or an unresolved chargeback may result in suspension. The No-Refund Policy is part of these terms.
Paid placement is not an endorsement
A rank, bid total, impression, click, or appearance on this site is paid advertising and not an endorsement, certification, recommendation, or guarantee. We do not promise traffic, sales, leads, conversions, uptime, or any fixed position or duration.
Third-party projects and links
Listed projects and destination sites are operated by third parties. We do not control their products, claims, privacy practices, security, availability, or transactions. Visit and use them at your own risk and review their terms before providing information or money.
Marketplace ownership
The marketplace design, software, branding, ranking presentation, and original site content are owned by or licensed to Logan Pendragon Forge. You may not copy, scrape, interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, secure, change, pause, or discontinue any part of the marketplace. We may update categories, minimum bids, ranking displays, or operational rules prospectively. Confirmed ledger history will not be secretly rewritten to manufacture a ranking result.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the marketplace is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free results. Nothing here excludes a warranty that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logan Pendragon Forge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the marketplace or a listed project. Aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid through this marketplace during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Logan Pendragon Forge against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your project, submitted material, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights, except to the extent caused by our own unlawful conduct.
Disputes and governing rules
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights govern without depriving you of protections that cannot be waived. A court with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes that are not informally resolved.
Changes, severability, and contact
We may update these terms by posting a new date. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective. These terms and the linked policies are the entire agreement for this marketplace.
